I have been going to Emma's Yoga classes for several years now, and I also did a Yoga for Backs course with her, which has definitely lessened the amount of back pain I would get periodically. She is an excellent teacher, a lovely, kind and friendly person, and I try not to miss my weekly sessions with her. I would absolutely recommend her.

Emma offers a calm, caring, safe place to be really present for Yoga. I have been to many yoga teachers over the years but I find Emma's holistic approach to body mind and spirit just what I need.
She explains physiological blocks as well as spiritual mysteries,

The yoga is gentle and kindly and so is Emma the teacher. She adapts her sessions to the fitness of each person there. The old hall at St Stephen's is also a lovely place to be

Emma has a wonderful ability to make everyone feel welcome in her class, whatever their level of experience so if you are wondering whether to give yoga a try you couldn't be in better hands. She is extremely knowledgeable and adapts the class to the needs of the individuals always encouraging the best but allowing for individual abilities.

I wholeheartedly recommend Emma's Yoga lessons, having been a regular attendee for many years in hall and then for the last few years on-line. Emma somehow manages to personalise her sessions in both scenarios, and the obvious enjoyment she takes in both her teaching and her practice is infectious.

Emma is a good teacher and very adaptable. She has gone above and beyond to help me adjust my hearing aid app so that I can hear all of the instructions.

Whether I am attending yoga weekly sessions or the meditative occasional ones, I feel so much better, body and mind beautifully inspired, restored, at peace. I have attended Emma's sessions for many years, in hall and now online as I have moved. I recommend Emma's sessions highly.

Emma is a wonderful, well experienced yoga teacher, the classes are gentle but extremely effective. She is excellent at differentiating her classes to meet all our needs. I have really enjoyed both the in person lessons and the zoom yoga that she runs. Emma has a magical way of making the on line classes feel very personable, I would highly recommend her classes.
